GAMEGEEK ACCELERATION PROGRAM WELCOMES MOBILE GAME

Selection Criteria
We are looking for high-potential, scaling game studios that align with the following criteria:
✔ Established Studio Team
A well-formed team with clearly defined roles and strong execution capability.
✔ Proven Game Portfolio
Studios with multiple released or live titles that have demonstrated real user traction or revenue.
✔ Proven Revenue Performance
Accumulated revenue of USD 200,000 or more across the studio’s game portfolio.
✔ Publishing or Self-Publishing Experience
Prior experience working with publishers or successfully self-publishing games.
✔ Scalability & Growth Potential
Products with validated market fit and clear potential for scaling, market expansion, or monetization growth.
✔ Market & Platform Focus
Studios targeting mobile, casual, or hybrid casual game markets.

Studio Commitment
Please review the following commitments carefully. Selected studios are expected to ensure they are able to fully commit to these requirements before joining the program.
✔ Commitment Deposit
A refundable commitment deposit of USD 500 is required upon acceptance to confirm participation. The deposit will be fully refunded upon successful completion of the program.
✔ Dedicated Point of Contact
Each studio assigns one core team member as the primary point of contact throughout the program.
✔ Active Weekly Participation
Studios participate in three core sessions per week, including mentor reviews, workshops, and industry expert sessions (estimated 3 hours per week).
✔ Founder or Decision-Maker Involvement
At least one founder or key decision-maker actively participates in strategic sessions and milestone reviews.
✔ English Communication Readiness
The designated contact point is able to communicate effectively in English with mentors, advisors, and partners.
✔ Data Sharing & Transparency
Studios are open to sharing relevant product, performance, and business data to support mentorship and optimization.
✔ Mentorship Matching Acceptance
Studios work with mentors assigned by the program based on their specific challenges and growth needs.
✔ Legal & Confidentiality Agreements
Standard NDA and program agreements are signed prior to onboarding.
